Shipping costs, both upon delivery and in case of return after inspection, are at the customer’s expense.

The delivery time depends on your location, but typically takes 2–5 business days (it may take longer during official holidays).
Please note that if you are outside the EU, you will be required to pay customs duties.

All parcels are shipped with an inspection option and include insurance against damage.

Please make sure to inspect your parcels at the courier office upon delivery and notify us immediately in case of any discrepancies.

The product must be in perfect commercial condition;

It must not be worn or used;

It must not be stained with deodorant and/or perfumes;

It must be in its original packaging with the original tags and labels attached.

You have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date the order was placed, provided it meets the conditions above. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the products and the order.

Return Instructions

The customer has the right to return a purchased item within 14 days from the date of placing the order, provided that:

The item is in its original condition, without signs of wear, washing, or damage.

The tags and original packaging are preserved.

It is accompanied by a completed return form and a copy of the confirmation email for the order (including the order number stated in the email).

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the wrong or defective item has been received.

The amount for the returned items will be refunded within 14 days after we receive them, via the method specified by the customer.
