SHIPPING/RETURNS

Purchased products from The Saint 54 website are only shipped via courier companies Econt and Speedy. When placing an order, you have the option to provide your delivery address and details. For your convenience, you can create a shopping profile (account) to save your addresses and shop easily in the future. You can also link your profile to Facebook for quicker and easier shopping.

Shipments are sent within 1-5 business days, depending on the location provided during the order and the availability of selected products. Delivery may be delayed during reduced working hours or public holidays. For up-to-date information and delivery days, please visit the Econt website.

Payment is made by cash on delivery directly to the courier or via credit/debit card.

You have the right to inspect the shipment and try on the purchased products. In case of return or exchange, the shipping cost for returns is borne by the buyer.

Returns

Conditions for returning a product:

• The product must be in perfect commercial condition;

• It must not have been worn or used;

• It should not be stained with roll-on deodorant and/or perfumes;

• It must be in the original packaging with the original tags and labels.

You have the right to return the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the order, if it meets the above conditions. Otherwise, we may refuse the return and the order.

Return Instructions

1. The customer has the right to return purchased goods within 14 days of the order date, provided that:

   • The product is in its original condition, with no signs of wear, washing, or damage.

   • Tags and the original packaging are preserved.

   • The return form is completed and a copy of the order confirmation email (order number indicated in the email) is provided.

2. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless the wrong or defective item was received.

3. The amount for returned items will be refunded within 14 days of receipt, using the method specified by the customer.
